Description
Masdeo's interview primarily focuses on his experience as a Gold-medal winner at the 1937 Tokyo Olympics, wrestling for the U.S. out of San Jose State. He was the first American to win a gold medal in Japan. In the second part of his interview, Masdeo recounts his experience as a welder for local aerospace companies, which are now gone from the Valley, and the changing landscape of the area.
