Exterior and interior views of model house.
Sunset Hills was initially a 2,000 home community in North Whittier Heights, now Hacienda Heights, developed by Sunset Homes Division of Sunset International Petroleum Corporation. Original envelope notes "Bill Brangham". Filed with residential portion of project.
