Photo shows the ruts and holes in the abandoned private right-of-way of the Los Angeles Transit Lines which once was used by the "H" line. The ripped-up rails have gone, but old papers, lumber, a broken mudguard and other debris and the threat of mosquito-breeding holes in the rainy season are in evidence. This scene is on Heliotrope Drive in the 400 block. The old rails are still visible at the crossing.
