Image shows view of the Jay G. Starr residence, located on Via Arriba on lot 14, block 1434, tract 6884 in Malaga Cove. View looking southeast shows front of the two-story, nine-room stucco house with tile roof and two-car garage at rear. Small balcony at upstairs left has wrought-iron grill, overlooking concrete walkway across front yard with newly planted landscaping and stone retaining wall. A figural birdbath is visible at far right. R.C. Kellerman was the designer.
