Sterling silver trowel with ivory handle used by Grand Master Hiram N. Rucker in laying cornerstone of the Court house of Stockton. Inscribed: Presented by the Board of Supervisors of San Joaquin County to the M.W. Hiram Newton Rucker Grand Master of Masons when the Cornerstone of the court house was laid at the City of Stockton under his direction by the Grand Lodge of F.&A.M. of California February 22nd 1888
