Description
Photograph of the front view of the cloister (right) and Vallejo Church (left) of Mission San Francisco Solano de Sonoma, 1904. A picket fence runs along the front of the brick buildings (the cloiser has a tile roof), separating them from the dirt road. A covered porch runs along this facade. A square bell tower is perched at the apex of the roof of the church. The church was built by General Vallejo and was not physically joined to the Mission.
