Description: Cesar Chavez answers questions at a news conference after his United Farm Workers Union filed a $112-million damage suit against proponents of Prop 22, the controversial agricultural labor relations ballot initiative. The suit charges that grower supporters of the measure set out "maliciously" to "destroy" Chavez' union of farm workers and that field hands already have been damaged by it.
