Description: This photograph was taken in front of the Ellsworth Harrold Ford dealership on Feb. 23, 1939. Located at 2201 Broadway, the venerable franchise had a showroom and offered a full-service garage. In the first six months of 1961, the dealership sold an impressive 1,300 passenger cars and trucks.
