Gulbranson, left, voted as the outstanding citizen by the North Hollywood Community Co-ordinating Council, looks over the future plans of organization with Mrs. Marvin Sirbu, council president, and Jim Hawthorne, master of ceremonies. The award was presented following dinner and program at the North Hollywood Masonic Temple."
