Photograph caption dated June 22, 1962 reads, "Bill Meredith (center), salesman at the Sepulveda branch of Day Realty, was honored at a special "man of the hour" luncheon for his contribution to fulfilling Day Realty's slogan "an average of a home sold every seven hours." Bill was presented a clock for his efforts during the first five months of 1962 in which he completed 36 property transactions and obtained 42 listings. At left, Sylvia Berne, sales manager at Sepulveda office, displays clock, and at right, is Chester Anderson, co-owner of the firm. Entire office force attended luncheon."
