Description
Photograph of a Department of Public Works storm drain on Hill Street north of Santa Barbara Avenue, [s.d.]. Rainwater can be seen flowing into the drain at center. A sidewalk is visible just above the drain, while a patch of grass can be seen to the left of it. The base of what appears to be a street lamp can be seen on top of and to the right of the drain. A sign can be seen behind the street lamp, reading "Shell Gasoline". Potted plants can be seen in front of a building in the background.
