On horses are Gilda Wyatt and Col. Charles Weisbaum." Photographed are members of the Canoga Cavaliers, a group organized by Charles Weisbaum. The group, comprised of West Valley youth, taught horsemanship and equestrian discipline, and participated in various community services.
