Photograph caption dated May 12, 1982 reads, "Magic Johnson and San Antonio rookie Gene Banks went up together for the loose ball." This was the second of four Western Conference Finals games between the Lakers and the San Antonio Spurs. The Lakers won all four games and went on to play against the Philadelphia 76ers in the NBA Finals, and ultimately won the championship title.
