Description: It was R-Day (registration) for the small fry today, as thousands of 5-year olds, accompanied by their mothers, flocked to schools to register for kindergarten classes. This group is shown at Westchester School, 9221 Fleetwing Avenue. In this group are two sets of twins, at far left and at far right. Photo dated: September 2, 1952.
