Description
On April 14, 1921, Soon Hyun, Minister Plenipotentiary from the Provisional Government of Korea to the United States, rented a building at 1325 Massachusetts Avenue, in Washington, D.C., to serve as the Korean Legation. It soon had to be abandoned, for lack of funds.
