Ball dress for the fetes in honour of The Emperor of Russia and allies. Empire waist with white cap sleeves and pink bodice with lace ruffles at sleeves and neckline. Bodice has small white fleur-de-lis design in center. Skirt features a sheer white layer with lace hem over a pink layer. Accessories include white evening gloves that stop just before the elbow, pearl necklace, white folded fan, and white floral headband. Invented & to be had only of Mrs. Bell, removed to No. 26 Charlotte Street, Bedford Square.
