Photograph of an aerial view of flooding near Colton, ca.1930. The wide river flows from the background at center through the city down the foreground on the left. It has washed over the three brides which extend over it as well as the banks which once contained it. The streams of excess water flow around the structures and puddles in the large fields on the left while leaving the right bank apparently unharmed.
