Description
Dorothy Poynton, pretty blonde 17-year-old "daughter of Los Angeles," holds the distinction of being the favorite to win the Olympic high diving contests of the world's most graceful and skillful mermaids today. Miss Poynton, who was the "baby" of the American Olympic team in 1928, won third place in the springboard diving at that time. Recently she won the national high diving title. Photo dated: August 12, 1932.
