Photograph caption dated July 28, 1961 reads "Mrs. Eleanor Moore, R.N. and director of nursing at West Valley Community Hospital, inspects 'babies' diapered by Valley teenagers Robin Harper, 13, Encino, left; Norma Buble, 13, Encino, and Yvonne DuVernet, 15, Woodland Hills. Instruction is part of babysitting classes given this week at Encino Community Center under sponsorship of West Valley and Encino Community Hospitals." The center is at 4935 Balboa Boulevard in Encino.
