"Concrete fill was used between floors as soundproofing in this new 10 unit apartment structure at 43rd and Lakecrest Avenues. This is the Lakecrest exposure; the side facing 43rd has a swimming pool screened by a wall of concrete block. The apartments range in size from 710 to 920 square feet. Darrell Dettling, builder and owner, estimates construction cost at $80,000. The architect was Melvin R. List of Sacramento"
