Description
Image of a field full of livestock and agricultural tools and equipment flanked by two women representing Liberty and the harvest on a certificate from the New Hampshire State Agricultural Society; "Western Elm" tree, town buildings, train, and mountains in background.
"From a Design by D. G. Lamont. Engraved by C. Meadows."--text, center of image below illustration. "Incorporated June A.D. 1850. For the advancement of agriculture, manufactures, science, and the arts. The Officers of the N.H. State Agricultural Society agreeably to the award of the authorized Committee, present this Diploma to Charles Bosson as a token of their appreciation of his services as a Reporter Exhibited by him at the Society's Annual Fair held at Meredith Bridge Oct. [?] 1852 And the President and Secretary hereby cheerfully subscribe this well deserved Testimonial. Geo. W. Nesmith President. John S.
