Vivian Duncan is one-half of the vaudeville duo, The Duncan Sisters who became popular in the 1920s with their act Topsy and Eva.
Photograph caption dated October 4, 1963 reads, "Ambassador." Vivian Duncan is the ambassador of good will for the city of Sherman Oaks.
