Includes authorization for assessment. Approved August 5, 1878 by J. H. Pieper, City Surveyor. Note: That portion of San Fernando Street, lying between Delmas Avenue and teh Middle of the Guadalupe River, and having a width of 39 1/2 and 19.73 feet, as indicated by the light brown tint, is already open and in possession of the City of San Jose. Filed for presentation to the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Jose by J. H. Pieper City Surveyor in the office of the City Clerk of said city on the 19th day of August 1878. Recommended for acceptance by Committee on Streets.
