Description: Shown in circa 1999 is a sign for the New Phillips Bakery and, in the background, the iconic Phillips' bakery sign, located on the south side of Folsom Boulevard, between Thirty-Third and Thirty-Fourth streets. Opened in 1926 by Julius Phillips, the business was an East Sacramento fixture until its closure in 2004/2005.
