Description
Caption: Under the supervision of Capt. Joseph Azzarello, Officer Virginia S. Adams was recently flown to Orange County Sheriff's to study the latent finger print identification system used by that department. She returned with many helpful ideas from Orange County. In the near future Mrs. Adams will be visiting other agencies, doing research, to ascertain the most efficient system that could be used by the San Jose Police Department. Physical evidence, of which fingerprints plays an important part, is essential in carrying out justice properly. Mrs. Adams has been working with latent prints for many years, and a qualified authority in her field.
