Photograph caption dated August 14, 1959 reads, "The San Fernando Valley Real Estate Board has elected above realtors to serve as board of governors for East Zone (North Hollywood area). Left to right are Betty Stone, chairman; Jack McGuire, vice chairman; Howard Failor. Back row, Ralph Masters and William H. McKay. The term of office will be for one year. Purpose of the governor is to further cause of organized Real Estate and to promote better public relations and understanding. Educational meetings for the membership are held every Thursday morning at Hody's Banquet Room."
