Shown in circa 1940 are Mission Style homes in the 236-acre Land Park section of Sacramento. Developed in the 1930s, the original eight residential subdivisions of Land Park were College Tract, Spanish Town, Homeland, Maple Park, Carly Park, Land Drive Terrace, Swanston Park, and Riverside Terrace.
