This 1916 final city planning report was written for the Sacramento City Commissioners by city planner John Nolen, from the American Society Landscape Architects based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This study on city planning in Sacramento began in the summer of 1914, which included a Civic Survey, Complete Preliminary Plans and Report, and this Final Report. Included in this final report are city street maps and street planning illustrations.
