Description
Carolina Biquard writes to Peter Drucker and Frances Hesselbein to clarify her proposal for what she refers to as "the big project." The project involves the collaboration of Fundación Compromiso and three other organizations with the goal of, "combating Anarchy and Violence, turning that energy in Citizenship through the Social Sector." In the second half of the letter she elaborates on an on going discussion between her, Drucker and Hesselbein dealing with the concept of "partnership." She ends the letter with a revelation that Fundación Compromiso is practicing social management rather than non-profit management.
