Broad street receding into the distance; tall, multi-storied buildings at the end of the view; leafless tree frames the photo on the right; on left is a two-story building and on the right a 3 story building with a business "Drugs" identified on a sign on 1st floor and apartments (?) on 2nd and 3rd floors. Businesses include: Reynolds Crown Drug Co.
Walter Hepting was born in Sacramento (father was from Switzerland, mother from Germany). Worked for the State Treasurer's Office. Was amateur historian, collected old photographs and images of Sacramento.
"Bldg - left- erected in 1928."
