Photograph of Healdsburg City Hall as viewed from the Plaza in Healdsburg, ca.1900. To the left of center a tall stone post is visible on top of four stairs with "Presented to the City of Healdsburg by the Ladies Improvement Club 1900" engraved on the side. A metal lamp is visible on top with glass flowers on the ends of four protruding skinny arms. A dirt pathway leads from the stone back towards a three-story building. The tall, skinny windows on the building have curved tops, while archways are visible on street-level. An open-air tower with arches is visible on top of the building, while trees are visible in the park area.
