Description
As part of the celebration here 8/16 of Restoration Day--the 102nd Anniversary of the flight to throw out the Spaniards--a float was paraded around the fort. On it were the current hated figures of the Rebel Dominicans--particularly "Tio Sam" (Uncle Sam) with a dollar sign on his hat.
