Jimmy Jones, an American thoroughbred horse trainer, was born in 1906. He and his father trained many horses, including Citation, an American Triple Crown winner. Jones, a trainer at Calumet Farm, was inducted into the United States' National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame. He died in 2001.
