Description
Ronald Miller, 8, the driver, and Gary Levin, 11, exhibit the vehicle which won them the war savings stamp award for the most unusual entry for transporting wastepaper to the Crescent Heights Boulevard Elementary School. The youngsters built the contraption, which they call an "amphibious paper carrier."
