As a reward for your discovery, we will send you complimentary admission and ride tickets for two persons. Just fill out the information below and mail the card today. Your tickets to Frontier Village, where you will find 'The Fastest Fun in the West,' will be mailed to you. Thank you." Below is a short form requesting name, address, location of discovery, and the date. It is blue with black lettering.
