Description
Photograph of several buildings, men and women, horses, and trees. Fabric-covered tent in foreground has sign painted onto it which reads: Office of Moore & Arnold owners of Sallee Town site. Photographer: E. F. Seifert, Winthrop, Cal. Winthrop is not listed on a current map of California, but does show on an Official Map of the State of California...1932 in Shasta County and was apparently the terminus of a short railroad spur which paralleled the Pit River.
