Description
This 1897 portrait shows the Old Leakers Baseball Club, which played from 1897 to 1899 at both 13th and S streets and Snowflake Park, at 20th and E streets. A young boy, Joe Murphy, is identified as the team mascot. The team manager sits in the center of the group.
