Photograph of a man making an address (presumably at a public meeting near Frank Putnam Flint Fountain), [s.d.]. A man stands in front of a microphone seemingly reading an address to his audience. A banner hangs from the microphone's stand - it reads "KMPC 710 KCS". There are several people in the background there are a group of men, at left, some of whom are standing while others sit as well as several young ladies standing, at right. The people are surrounded by numerous trees and other lush foliage.
