Description
This circa 1995 postcard shows, most prominently, the Delta King riverboat, the Tehama Building at the northeast corner of Front and J streets, and the Pony Express monument, dedicated in 1976. The back of the postcard carries the following description, "Printed here are four examples of transportation that helped to make Sacramento a thriving town - the Pony Express, The Paddle Boat, Horse and Wagon and the Railroad..."
