Photograph caption dated March 13, 1964 reads, "United Way 'outstanding volunteer' Mrs. Richard Harker, center, Encino, is congratulated as recipient of first Ann Manion Schlarb award by Mrs. Harry Martin, right, event chairman, and Mrs. John J. Scully, Women's Committee chairman, both of Woodland Hills." Awards were presented during a breakfast held at the Encino Room at the Fashion Square in Sherman Oaks.
