Description
Construction work between the old and new portions of Hale Observatories office building, Santa Barbara Street, Pasadena. There appear to be two construction vehicles in front of the two-story building. An unidentified construction worker is seen operating one of the two vehicles; he is digging holes for concrete footings. Concrete formwork is seen in the foreground. Other buildings and trees are seen in the background.
