Deputy Sheriffs inspect a bomb (arrow) set in the doorway of L.A. County Department of Public Social Services, located at 3900 E. Triggs Street in East Los Angeles. The bomb contained 4 sticks of dynamite, 4 blasting caps, and a double fuse (which was lit but went out). The office was scheduled to open at 8:00 a.m. Photograph dated January 21, 1971.
