The Frederick A. Hihn Mansion The Frederick A. Hihn Mansion, was designed by Charles Wellington Davis and built in 1872. It was located on Church Street and was the only full Italian Villa in Santa Cruz. In 1920, it was leased by the City of Santa Cruz to use as its City Hall.
