Photograph caption dated September 17, 1956 reads, "Wife escapes train death - Arnold Reno, 18, holds hands with wife, Ruth Reno, 17, at Sun Valley Receiving Hospital. Young bride of 11242 Cohasset St., Sun Valley, escaped death when her car stalled on tracks at Vineland avenue and San Fernando road early today and was struck by freight train."
