Description
It is easy to understand why the Architecture Faculty Building at the University of Caracas was a favorite location for Carlos Raul Villanueva. Even the classrooms for Architecture Design are outstanding, and this exterior wall of one of these classrooms (The Taller Galia or Galia Workshop) is an example of this. As is visible in the 3D model, Villanueva conceived a dynamic wall, and Alejandro Otero created color planes with two different shades of blue. This piece is part of the collection “Synthesis of the Arts” at the University of Caracas, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, designed by the architect Carlos Raul Villanueva.
