Description
Jane Morgan, Marie de Forest and Constance Perham. The corner of Channing Street and Emerson Street in Palo Alto was dedicated as California Registered Historical Landmark No. 836. This site was the location of the California's first commercial electronics research laboratory. It was owned by Federal Telegraph Company and is where Lee de Forest developed the first vacuum tube amplifier and oscillator. Part of a series from the event.
