Skeleton apartment building, near Wilshire Country Club, abandoned when hit by economic disaster 13 years ago, has been leased to the government to be finished, to be used to alleviate the housing shortage. Owners are Milton Koll and M. A. Richley. Photo date: November 19, 1943.
