Description: A poster advertising a financial bond issued by the Russian Provisional Government in March 1917. The bond was called Zaem Svobody which means Liberty Bond. Captions read, "Zaem Svobody. Podpisyvaites' na zaem svobody. Rodina i svoboda v opasnosti. Daite gosudarstvu den'gi dlia bor'by s vragom / Заем Свободы. Подписывайтесь на Заем Свободы. Родина и свобода в опасности. Дайте государству деньги для борьбы с врагом", meaning, "Liberty Bond. Subscribe for the Liberty Bond. Motherland and liberty are in danger. Help the government with money to fight the enemy".
