A female clergy poses outside with two women wearing traditional clothing and their children.
The back of the postcard is blank and also contains the captions: "Lombolombo - Wafanva. Mères et enfants sains de pères lépreux. Gezonde moeders en kindjes van melaatse vaders." ("Mothers and fathers of healthy children with leprosy") Vendu au profit de la Léproserie. Ten bate van de Leprozerie verkocht." ("Sold to benefit the Leprosarium") There is also information about the printer: "Ern. Thill, Bruxelles"
