Construction of the steel-framed, 5-story high, Federal Reserve Bank at 409 Olympic Boulevard. View is looking at the construction site from the northwest corner of Hope Street and Olympic Boulevard. Date built: 1929. Architects: John and Donald Parkinson. Builder: P.J. Walker Co. Photo dated: October 15, 1929.
